The Unitarian Church of Harrisburg offers our members and friends the ability to pay for your pledges, gift cards and other donations, electronically, providing you the convenience of not having to write a check, and benefiting the church with regular, timely gifts. Not only does it save UCH time and improve accuracy, it’s better for the environment!
Can I do this on-line without filling out a paper form?
Yes! Click here
to donate or modify your giving to UCH. Note: This page is part of the Vanco website, where you can create a profile and set up transactions without filling out the paper form.
How can funds be drawn directly from my bank account?
Account withdrawals are made only with prior authorization from you. No funds will be withdrawn unless you specifically authorize the transactions to occur. This program is completely optional and is offered strictly as a convenience to you.
Can I change the amount of my gift? What if I want to stop giving in this way? What if I change banks?
You can make any change at any time by simply logging into Vanco’s website
and updating your information.
How do I keep a record of my contributions?
Your bank statement will include an itemized list of all automatic deductions made from your account, including the Unitarian Church of Harrisburg. We will provide you with statements and you can monitor your account through our on-line secure software, Access ACS.
If I don’t write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?
Your contribution is made on a pre-established day, so you can deduct it from your check record then.
How often would I have to give?
You can give weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Or, you can just set up a profile and give whenever you want to.
Who sees my information online?
Only the Congregational Administrator, Bookkeeper and Stewardship Leader(s) will be able to view this information. All information is kept strictly confidential.
When will my gift cards be sent to me?
Your cards are automatically sent to you on your requested delivery dates based on the information you provided to the Gift Card program. If you have any questions about your participation in our gift card program, please contact Tavia Flanagan by calling the church office (ext. 702) or online using our contact form
